Team Jonathan Comics

Jonathan Ebel is a teen boy who is living with autism. He loves to draw, especially cartoon characters. Jonathan started by drawing the characters he saw in movies. As he got better he started to create his own characters and stories. When Jonathan was 13 his team decided to channel his love of drawing and creating stories into a comic book. It took Jonathan one full year to write and illustrated the 3 stories in The Magic Pencil, et. al. His team then did the work required to get it ready for the printer. He and his team hope you enjoy his books as much as Jonathan enjoys creating them!

Jonathan also loves to create with legos and clay. He has done clay modeling and painting with his  art teacher, Michelle Chae. They have spent many fun hours creating movie characters as well as some of the characters from "The Magic Pencil, et. al." The picture shows Jonathan with Lu from "The Aliens Who Came to Earth" one of the stories in "The Magic Pencil, et. al."

Jonathan just published his third book: The Rise of Pepe, book 1 in The Pepe Trilogy. He is currently working on book 2, The Fall of Pepe.

Jonathan's dream is to become an animator at a major motion picture company!
